Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel?
At any time in your account under “Manage subscription”. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; Pro stays active until then. After that the Free limits apply again and your data stays.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, by email after every payment. You can also find all invoices in your account under “Manage subscription”. We are a small business and do not charge VAT.
How can I pay?
Payment is handled by Stripe: by card and, depending on your country, other payment methods Stripe offers at checkout. We never see your card details.
What happens to my data?
For payments, Stripe only passes on your customer number, subscription status and invoices to us. Invoices must be kept for 7 years (Austrian Federal Fiscal Code, BAO). More in the privacy policy.
Can I withdraw?
Pro starts immediately after payment. Before that, you confirm that we start right away and that your right of withdrawal therefore ends. Details in the withdrawal notice.
