See companies clearly.

Company register data, financial statements and ownership structures from official registers in one interface. Built for research, due diligence and compliance across Europe.

In private beta. Access by invitation.

Company information is public. Understanding it is not.

Register extracts, filed accounts and notices sit in a different portal in every country, often as scanned PDFs and in different formats. Piecing together who owns a company, who runs it and how it is doing takes hours.

  • One search across national registers instead of a dozen portals
  • Financial statements as tables and time series instead of PDFs
  • Ownership and management as a network instead of loose lists

What you can see on RegiLens

Every profile shows where each piece of information comes from and how current it is. Coverage depends on the country and on what the register publishes.

  • Register data

Legal name, legal form, register number, registered office, share capital, status and date of registration.

  • Management and people

Managing directors, board members, authorised signatories and their other positions.

  • Owners and holdings

Shareholders, subsidiaries and ownership chains, where the register publishes them.

  • Financial statements

Balance sheet and income statement figures, ratios and multi-year series from filed annual accounts.

  • History and notices

Changes in name, address and management, insolvency notices and register announcements over time.

  • Further public data

Legal Entity Identifiers, EU trade marks, patents, public funding and sanctions list checks.

Built for real research work

RegiLens is a working product, not a concept. These are the parts you use every day.

One search across many registers

Search by name, person or register number across national registers at once. Results show country, legal form and status, so you open the right company straight away.

Ownership and networks

See who owns a company, which holdings it has and how people and companies are connected. The connection finder shows the shortest path between two companies.

Financials you can read

Filed annual accounts become tables and charts with key figures, equity ratio and trends. A computed financial health score helps you prioritise, and it is always labelled as computed.

Monitoring and alerts

Watch companies and people and get notified when the register changes: new managers, filed accounts, a new address or an insolvency notice.

Exports and integrations planned: API

Export profiles as JSON and lists as CSV, compare companies side by side or connect RegiLens to Claude. A public API is planned.

Official registers from 11 countries

RegiLens reads company registers, filing offices and official gazettes directly, plus international sources such as GLEIF.

  • Austria
  • Germany
  • United Kingdom
  • France
  • Belgium
  • Switzerland
  • Czechia
  • Denmark

Responsible with data

Company data is only useful if you can rely on it. That is why RegiLens is open about what it can and cannot do.

RegiLens supports research and analysis. It does not replace an official register extract, legal advice or a credit rating.

  • Only official registers and open data. Every source and its licence is listed publicly.
  • Every profile shows its source and the date of retrieval.
  • Scores, signals, estimates and AI texts are computed and always labelled as such.
  • Personal data is limited to what registers publish. Affected persons can object at any time.
  • Availability differs by country and source. Not every register publishes owners or financial statements.
